Meet Our Team

We are a small team of talented professionals with a wide range of skills and experience. We love what we do, and we do it with passion. We look forward to working with you.

Owner Brandon Schmiedeberg is a California-based Landscape Designer with over 14 years of experience doing professional landscape design and installation. Both he and his wife Kelsey fell in love with the Central Coast while earning their Bachelor’s Degrees in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly SLO.

Growing up in Los Angeles and San Diego, they have always loved southern California landscapes, and exploring the local outdoors. They now live in Los Osos, raise their daughters, and both enjoy working in the landscape industry.

Kelsey also graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture and a Minor in Horticulture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She began her career in the landscape maintenance field working for the globally recognized design/build/maintenance company Bright View, in San Diego. She also worked as a Horticulturist at the Disneyland Theme Park in Anaheim, CA.

A shift from landscape maintenance to landscape design brought her and Brandon to the Central Coast. She was Lead Designer for Sage Ecological Landscapes before starting her own landscape design consulting company. Her green thumb leads to a passion for plants, and she has an extensive background in drought tolerant landscape design and nature-driven free-form design.
